What is your earliest food memory? Tomato soup with hot buttered toast on Sunday night after fishing all day!
Food Philosophy I like food that is simple true to itself, not contrived or over thought until it loses its integrity.
What is your death row meal? Garlic and chilli prawn pasta with a good grating of Parmesan, followed by a decadent chocolate ice-cream sundae with 3 different ice-creams and a hot chocolate sauce – hopefully decadent enough to do me in all on its own!
Overrated sundried tomatoes and green peppers, Underrated – real desserts made with love and care!
What can’t you live without? Breakfast! Cappuccino, Soft Poached eggs and crispy bacon, cheesy light omelettes, fruity French toast with a dusting of icing sugar! Oh my word so many choices love them all!
What is your ultimate midnight feast - A hot crisp melting pain au chocolat with a Latte!
What is your secret indulgence - woollies Chuckles!

What is your earliest food memory? Waking up as a kid to freshly squeezed orange juice on the bed side table and the smell of one of my grandmother’s killer breakfasts!
What sums up your food philosophy? Only use real ingredients don’t take shortcuts and keep up with the trends.
What is your death row meal: Double quarter pounder with cheese, chips and a coke.
Which chefs inspire you and why; Feran Adria, as he has taken food to new boundaries, and although I will never cook his style he inspires me in how passionate he is and what a perfectionist he has to be to have run a restaurant that has changed modern cuisine.
What cant you live without? Garlic.
Favourite kitchen gadget? Tin opener, nothing else opens tins better!!... He laughs!
What is your ultimate midnight feast; Try not to feast at midnight makes you fat.
What is your secret indulgence Sneaking out for a Makro takeaway hotdog, they are one of the best I’ve ever had!

Secret indulgence? KFC zinger wings - I battle to share these little gems.
Death row meal? Cajun style seafood platter loaded with lemon butter.
Love to hate? I hate traffic, but love watching people jiving to their music. It's a good laugh.

Earliest food Memory? Watching my Gran prepare mealie meal porridge - fascinated by the bubbling and popping, and delighting in adding the milk and sugar, and butter, to my exact liking, it was both intriguing and creative.
Death row meal? Mozambique's Chicken with their house baste and the side salad with the awesome citrus dressing
Love to hate? Fast food - tasteless, dull and overrated
Cook it or eat it? Cook it then eat it. Yum.
